Mykonos Ceramic delivers this project in the city of Malaga, carried out by Grupo Lar Spain and HCP Architecture & Engineering.

Ventilated minimal and roof facade that combines the 60 × 120 cm porcelain tiles of the Technic White and Technic Black series.

These tiles from the cement collection of ceramic mykonos, with characteristics of antihielo and rectified coating, create a clean and elegant contrast in line with the avant -garde trend of the entire building.

Lar Universia is a residential set with spectacular views of the city, which has a pool and gym on deck, as well as a social club and playground for children.

Its functional architecture is committed to sustainability, obtaining the Breeam certification with details such as the pre -installation of electric charge in the parking spaces.
